It’s fantastic that there’s now so much information online for a whole host of life challenges, whether that’s anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, depression and more. And it can sometimes feel difficult to know where to start or what’s going to be most useful. That’s why I’m creating a series of information sheets which I’ll add to gradually over time.
